Born in 1982, I grew up in Sacramento, California with a talent for art. I studied fine art, design, and 3D modeling in school and started working as a designer professionally in 2002.

Since the time I first started working as a magazine designer and illustrator I grew into functioning as a multi-disciplinary designer who has worked with Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley and elsewhere.

I love working with teams to bring raw creativity and technical proficiency to deliver experiences otherwise unthoughtof.

Recently I spent two years traveling in Asia starting in late 2018. I formally trained as a monk in Zen monasteries in Japan alongside experiencing and photographing the people and places that have sculpted the spiritual imagination for millenia. It was an adventure of a lifetime.

Today, I continue to practice meditation and teaching its simple lessons that transform our minds and lives. I also love coffee or a cup of green tea.
